Terms of Service for Pixrem

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Pixrem plugin (“the Plugin”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. License
OM Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, worldwide license to use the Plugin on your WordPress site(s), subject to these Terms and any applicable license key restrictions.

3. Free vs. PRO Version

  • Free Version allows up to 5 deletions per month and basic features.

  • PRO Version unlocks unlimited deletions, advanced features (whitelist patterns, detailed logs, WP‑CLI support), and priority email support. PRO requires annual renewal at the published rate ($29.90/year).

4. Restrictions
You may not:

  • Redistribute or sell the Plugin code.

  • Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify core functionality beyond permitted hooks and filters.

  • Use the Plugin to violate any law or infringe third‑party rights.

5. Updates & Support
We may release updates, bug‑fixes, and new features. Free users have access to minor updates; PRO users receive priority support and feature releases. Support is provided via email at support@ommedia.link.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OM Media disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OM Media and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Plugin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OM Media harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Plugin.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
